My wife and I both order burger meals. I order the number 2 and she got the 4. My burger was dried out and it looked like it was someone else’s order that got messed up and they just put the things I said I wanted on it and threw it in a bag. My wife’s burger didn’t even have a burger on it so we went back so she could get another and you’d think they would try to make it up by giving her a fresh burger but no she got a burger that was more dried out than mine was as you can see in the picture. Then they told us they could give us a coupon for a wacky pack kids meal for kids we don’t even have. My wife and both have worked at sonic for a long time and this was NOT how things should be done. Nothing was fresh, Nothing was hot, and nothing tasted good. Not to mention it took 15 minutes for both trips the second time out carhop was talking to us on her headset from her car NEXT to us. This sonic needs some serious attention and work.

You’d think being in a small town the food would be perfect! Everytime I come here it’s one of 2 things. 1) the food is cold or put together very sloppily or 2) the order is wrong or missing items. The staff is super friendly though when I have to hand them back items or request my order be corrected so I guess having both good food and service is not in the books!

Went through drive thru tonight ordered a med onion ring got (4) four. Yes that is right 4. So for $4 at this sonic anyway you pay a dollar ($1.) An onion ring. They are good but at $1 a piece I should think the dough would have 14 Carteret gold flakes or something in it. I know the price of eggs and food in general has went up however, really. Unbelievable won’t be back at least not for onion rings.

Went here and there is usually something going on inside where the customer at drive-thru loses importance. Just wanted 3 blasts and were told would be 30 minutes and was 1 car in line. This location is the worst experience staff is usually rude.

My carhop, Kassie, gave us the best service I have ever had at a Sonic!! Our drinks were made perfectly and she even brought cherries out to my car after I forgot to ask for cherries. Shout out to Kassie! Great customer service!

I gave 2 stars because was fast. Ordered kids chicken tenders with BBQ. Server could have just said we now have a charge for sauce. Many places do. My granddaughter likes it. I would have gladly paid charge. Also ordered 2 orders Tots and 2 fries. Received No ketchup. No napkins. So I rang to request ketchup and BBQ. Server comes out with only 4 packs ketchup. 1 BBQ sauce. And tells me “the manager said to tell you there is a charge for the sauce. But we will forget it this time” ok…it says plainly on the sign BBQ is free. It is right next to the Customize your meal… Reguardless. I would have paid it. I requested it when ordering. Don’t send a kid out and act like your doing me a favor when I just dropped almost 40$ on 4 combos. All she had to say was ” Im sorry. I didn’t hear you. We now have to charge for sauce but we wont this time”. I ordered a hot dog. Said ketchup, mustard and relish only. But Server claims she never heard that. Put everything on it. I wouldn’t complain at all about the hot dog if I wasn’t treated rude about the BBQ and ketchup.
