Simple plain cheeseburger order was wrong 3 times. All I wanted was bun, cheese, and meat, but apparently that was too much to ask for. The first time they loaded the burger with mayo ketchup lettuce and onions, the second time they only put bun, and meat, the third time was finally correct. I don’t understand how my order was so hard to get right. Do not recommend eating here.

I’m going to keep this short because I don’t want to get off on a rant. Through the years I have given this sonic location chance after chance. Every time I get something bad, I think all right maybe next time it’ll be better. That next time has never happened. It is repeatedly bad. Tonight, however, I don’t even know how to describe the burger. The taste and the smell of it or still in my throat and in my nostrils. It tasted artificial almost. I am one of those people that can eat almost anything without it, ever upsetting my stomach, but not tonight. I’m not a chemist, but if I had to guess I think the meat was spoiled. But, as I said, I’m going to try to keep this short. I had gone regularly at a different sonic location and mama. I’m always pleased. For those thinking about going to this location I suggest you drive a few miles up the road and try different one.

Worst food and experience ever. Wasn’t even busy took awhile to get our food. Drink was flat tots was old and cold. Wife ordered footlong coney with mustard. Might as well been a mustard sandwich. Been a bit since we’ve been here and we’ll make sure not to ever come back to this location. If it’s something you wouldn’t eat yourself. Then you shouldn’t serve it at all

Ordered through the app tonight and when arriving person brought wrong order out and when I advised they quickly fixed my order and a guy(I assume shift leader) was honest and nice enough to come out and advise me that I had been charged twice and I think he said it was fixed because my checking account was fine and finally original person brought my order. Got a 5 pc chicken tenders, and small mozzarella stick, and a Caramel sunde. They forgot my sauces, I asked for but gave me everything else. Gave them 15 dollars in cash for a 13.19 order, gave me a dollar back for my change, and didn’t give me 81 cents back. Very nice, but unfortunately I had go go back to work and couldn’t ask for something that should of been done.
