If Google would allow me to give this location zero stars, I would! EVERY experience I have ever had here was bad (at least 3 visits total over roughly a years time). this last visit, it took FOREVER to move up one space in the drive through and then ZERO greeting for like 3-5 minutes (and I was trying to get some response from them but NOTHING). FINALLY placed order pulled up and was handed 2 half melted, low filled, milk shakes with roughly a quarter (coin) sized / small amount of whipped cream and even less drizzles on top. one had a cherry and the other did not (see attached pic. of one of the pre melted shakes). Found cherry later down in the shake (because it was so melted). When handed shake I said, “what is with the tiny amount of whip cream” worker said “that is how we make them”. I said I was at a different sonic yesterday (Schaad Rd. location) and no, that was not how they are made. She says nothing, walks off and comes back with a portion of WCream that I got on a single shake that I had bought yesterday… so enough WCream for 1 shake (and I had 2). From beginning to end a bad food quality and service experience!

We just went through drive through. The nicest woman running it was apologetic for the longer wait and just so kind and courteous. Made the wait worth while. Wish I had gotten her name because she was wonderful.

I was put off Sonic for a bit, but decided to give it another go. Just the nicest voice over the speaker. My order came out quickly and accurate by just a dear young lady. My burger was delicious and my pretzel? I don’t know what in the world it’s made of, but so fresh, perfectly crunchy, yet soft at the same time! I’m a fan once again I will definitely be back.

Me and my niece was going out to pay my utility bill Tuesday, when we noticed Sonic was finally open for buissness. On our return trip home we stopped and had lunch. The screen outside was frozen. We talked to them, they came out got our order. The staff we dealt with was very curious to us both. Within several minutes the carhop came out with our 2x #3 combo’s. They were nice and hot. The tater tots were perfect. They carhops kept checking on us to see if we needed anything else. It was a perfect day for my niece and myself. We plan on going tomorrow, Saturday again. Now that we know they are open. Saturday we had another great visit at Sonic today, great hit food.

The drive-thru has been closed for over two weeks. It took 30 minutes for just a drink. The ordering menu board did not allow for me to make a payment. The server who brought out my drink was more interested in her phone than keeping my drink upright and dripping all over. My drink had leaked all over the cup which was handed to me with no napkin to wipe it down. When I handed her cash she had no way of providing change. She had the audacity to ask me if I wanted my change like it was a big deal to provide me with change.

Love Sonic. I keep getting the same car hop. She’s always smiling and my order is never wrong. Only issue I have is I use the app to order and pay. We always tip the car hop but with the app they don’t get the tip until the end of the month and they have to turn in all their receipts. So now I just make sure I always have a few bucks in cash to tip her.

Me and my kiddos decided to grab some food on the 4th before going to watch fireworks. The restaurant was obviously very busy and it appeared that they were a bit short staffed. I placed my order in the app and waited just a few minutes before our order was brought out to us with a smile from Gia. She was very pleasant and even made small talk. I was very pleasantly surprised at her positive attitude given she was young and working on such a fun holiday. I ended up placing a small extra order for my grandmother and the order was brought out by Ryan. Ryan was also very pleasant and happy to help when I explained that we didn’t get our marinara sauce with the first order. He quickly brought the sauce back out to us and didn’t make it seem like a bother. It was the best service I’d had at Sonic in a long time. I really appreciated these two individuals for not only going above and beyond, but for doing it with a smile. Thank you!

If there is one take away from this review it should be to AVOID THIS SONIC AT ALL COSTS. I had so much hope for this new location but it is a train wreck every single time and I am talking 7-8 different experiences. The employees are always friendly and great but always understaffed, their issues seem to be of the management/ownership type. I drive the exact few mins to the Schaad rd location over this one any day.

Many months ago, I had left a two star review and had an awful experience. Today, this location redeemed itself completely! It means a lot when you have people who truly care about others working as a team. Today my little family stopped by with a small drink order, the person in the drive thru had a contagiously great attitude. My daughter tripped and busted her slushy all over the side walk. That same sweet lady replaced her slushy. I didn’t catch her name, but her gesture meant the world to me. Now that this location is staffed with kind hearted like her, I will definitely be returning many times.

Last few times I’ve gone it’s been really slow. I tried ordering through the app one day and they were drive thru only. The other time ordered though the app it took about 10min to get my food and it was cold.
