This used to be my favorite place to go for a breakfast burrito. I recently ordered a supersonic breakfast burrito with no jalapenos. I got home only to see it was small (cigarette pack size) and it had 12 jalapenos with only egg and cheese. I called and they said they would correct it. I sent my son to go get the replacement. Not only did they charge him, but also sent back the same thing I got the first time.

I tried to use the app to place an order and the app said it was unavailable at the location so I called and it was available and I ordered over the phone 15 minutes ahead. Got there and told them I was there. They never brought it out. I pulled to another stall, pushed the button and reordered and had it in 2 minutes.

Stay the hell away from this place. If you are a Sonic lover it will make you question that. Horrible experience several times. We keep giving them chances and they keep poking the pooch. To bad it’s the only one here and we like Sonic. It’s like we’re being held captive by an imposter.
