Pulled into one sonic and sat there for almost 20 min after giving my order. Nothing else was said. My order was only for a sonic blast. Left there and went to another but went to the drive-through this time. She repeated to me the order three times and i said forget it. These two were in Jackson, TN. Don’t think I’ll be going back to any of those any time soon.

How much sense does it make to have a manager with mask on that takes a drink back thru the drive thru to add some syrup to a hot tea that was suppose to be cold? Instead of making this tea over you think a customer can’t see through the window but I saw you add the raspberry then move to the back plus there was no additional ice so I know you a liar. First the biscuits last Sunday were not worth .25 I paid for bread. Won’t go to this one ever again!

Worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. Waited in a long line for over 30 min and come to find out that no one was working or taking orders. A customer complained and finally 2 workers came out. One was cussing and saying they don’t care at all. Everyone in line left.

We place our order from the menu billboard or they will not get it right. If you ask for no cheese on a sandwich, you have a 50/50 chance. You also have a 50/50 chance of getting a full order of fries. I think some of the employees must be hungry. Please check your order before you leave. I once ordered a #2 with no cheese. I got a number 2 with cheese and no veggies or condiments.
