Service is some of the worst I have ever seen, I understand every once in a while but every time I have taken my boys there staff has been rude and unprofessional. If my boys want slushies I’ll definitely go out of my way to go somewhere else even though this is conveniently by my house

We placed an order and repeated the order to ensure it was correct. The person taking the order lashed out with a rude, hostile response. We asked to speak to the manager. Woman came out to the car and said she was the manager – and that she is the one who took the order. She was again very rude. We asked for Sonic Corporate contact. She went back in the building and then sent a carhop out with a phone number scribbled on a piece of torn paper. It was NOT a Sonic corporate number. The carhop was, herself, very rude and started laughing at us. We asked why she was laughing, and she started spouting a string of belligerent remarks to us. Another male carhop came to the car and asked for credit card, saying the terminal at our car did not work. He took our card to make a payment at another terminal – saying the terminal where we parked did not work. Overall, every person we encountered at this Sonic mirrored the rude, hostile and unprofessional manner of the “manager.” Our advice: IF YOU’RE TRAVELING THRU JACKSON, TN, STOP AT ANOTHER FAST FOOD RESTRAURANT. THERE ARE A NUMBER OF “GOOD” RESTAURANTS IN THE SURROUNDING BLOCKS. FORGET THIS SONIC DRIVE IN!! Their entire staff is the worst we’ve ever had the misfortune of encountering!

We were just headed back to Murfreesboro and we stopped and got ice cream and route 44 cup of ice. Mr. Gary said there it was still very liquid like so we just got a route 44 ice but Mr. Gary checked to see if it was ready. It was and we got some. I loved the customer service and would always come again.
