We had Sonic for lunch today. I had a Number1 and my husband had a Number2. We both had onion rings with it… Are we wrong? or does the onion ring batter taste like it has a cake batter? Very good, but a little sweet. Hmm… we had it again today, mmm it was very good and our lady that brought us our food was so nice. She could be a princess, for sure!

This is one of the better Sonics in Jackson. It has two order options. The drive thru or booth parking . My food was how I ordered and hot. My car hop was friendly and made sure my order was correct and made sure I had any condiments I needed.

The place has went downhill seriously. I go to sonic often but will not go back. This location takes too long. I waited over 40 minutes for my order. They also needed to run my card and took it with them for over 10 minutes which seems sketchy to me. They charged me more than what my order was. I don’t usually complain but this is the third time something like this has happened recently.

The only thing good was I was in my own car. So that’s why I gave the atmosphere 5 stars. The employees are Very Rude. Couldn’t get an order right if they tried. And the food we did was gross, tater tots were ice cold. Cut your losses and close this location down. We will never go back to this sonic or any other one for that matter. Overpriced. Gross food and rude employees.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Placed our mobile order sat in the stall and waited 30mins after we checked in for our drinks and they never came so we went up the drive thru window and the staff was so rude and accused me of lying that they never got my order even after I showed them my app and recipt. They did finally make them but you could tell they didn’t want too. Don’t give this business your hard earned money!
