It was my first time at the Trenton sonic drive-in, I went on my lunch break is a mistake because I only get a half hour so I was late back to work but anyways, so I pulled up to a parking spot I could order from, push the red button and after waiting for five minutes or more without anyone greeting me to let me know they’d be with me as soon as they could, it was lunchtime and busy and knowing they knew I was even there since they greeted me would have been nice. But nobody said anything so I decided to download the app I ordered my food on the app paid for my food on the app and after I finished with that I looked over at the red push button and it wasn’t flashing red anymore so I pushed it again and waited some more. Finally one of the associates greeted me and I told her that I had went ahead and ordered on the app. I did get my food quickly but it was not good, the corndog was barely luke warm and soggy and the chili cheese fries were the same.I know now from this experience, I will not go back to the Trenton Tennessee Sonic drive-in.

I moved to Trenton about 3 years ago. Been to this sonic a handful of times because each time I have been, it has been awful. Do not recommend. I asked for mustard on my BURGER and yet the people they have working put mustard on my chili cheese fries?? If you don’t know the difference between a burger and fries you clearly don’t need to work here… or anywhere for that matter. And no they were not busy. Total of like 5 cars there and still managed to mess it up. Lololol hire at least semi-smart people.

Put a order in tonight. Less than 10 cars there. Waited 30 minutes no food. Glad I didn’t prepay. There is nothing fast about this food.All I ordered was a chicken strip sandwich fries and a coke. Had to leave due to the service. I only had a little time before work. I chose to wait. What a mistake that was.
