We were ready to order and pressed the button, but apparently the staff rather chat it up for then take an order. Wasted 20 minutes of our time not taking our order. We pressed the buttin again. We could see the restaurant was not understaffed, employee who clocked out about 9pm gave us an unwarranted smile as she walked to her car. Absolutely unprofessional. Same person was talking to the rest of the staff in full view of us.

This is THE WORST chili cheese dog I’ve EVER gotten. Clearly it was old and all they did was swap the wrap it was in for a new one, the bread is STALE, I asked for extra onions (the onions pictured are the ones I asked for on the side bc I know when I ask for extra they won’t ever do it), there was no cheese on it, my tater tots were so bad my DOG wouldn’t even eat them, full of grease and not fully cooked/soggy. My cheese sticks WEREN’T EVEN COOKED! I LOVE sonic, but the algood sonic is absolutely DISGUSTING & NOONE, not even the MANAGERS, knows what they are doing! I’ve also worked at sonic in the past and I know the one that I worked at (on Jefferson) would NEVER send something so foul out the door. If I could give this place negative stars I would. Total waste of money. I wish someone else would take over to ensure that the brand “Sonic” didn’t get such bad remarks bc Sonic is a WONDERFUL place to eat, WHEN YOU HAVE PEOPLE THAT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING working there. I’m just absolutely disgusted and extremely upset that I paid $20 for THIS. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Atleast not until someone who knows what they’re doing starts running it.

I never come to this location unless it’s the absolute most convenient thing. They always take way longer than they should compared to the other locations around. I ordered a single water with lemon. Nothing more. This took well over 20 minutes to get to me. There’s no reason it should take that long to get a simple water. Don’t come here unless there’s nobody else here or you’ll wait way too long for something easy. The staff is usually nice and my food is usually fine, it just is not at all convenient.
