Advertisement on menu says ‘ Upgrade your combo with broccoli cheddar tots!’ I tried to order but was told I could only do that with the app! I showed her what the sign said. Her response was, “Manager said pnly with app” so I had to order the broccoli cheddar tots in addition to a combo! Which I’m not even sure whether or not my order was even placed. I wasn’t given a total amount! Customer service is not good tonight! I hope I get some food!

I placed an order… a number 1 combo without cheese… after I paid and tipped the server when what I ordered was not correct. I pressed the button… whomever answered, asked if I had a receipt.. I said yes, the server just brought my order… he looked at it and said.. it’s correct..and walked off… He never told me his name… just said you ordered a hamburger and come and that’s what was brought.. I’m sorry but I ordered a number 1 combo without cheese.. what I got was a hamburger and a coke..I’m sorry but it’s all too common for this… nobody cared what I ordered.. nobody cared I was willing to pay for what I ordered… places like this just do not care if you leave satisfied.. they just want you to take whatever is easy or just leave… I left…and they don’t care… I tipped the server cash… and if that was the manager..he sux!!

Went to Burger King up the street first. Bad customer service. She was on her cell phone unable to hear my order. Just rude. Therefore, I left and went to Sonics. They promptly took my order and heard me clearly.( she was obviously not on personal cell phone) My food was hot, the server smiled ask if I needed any other condiments. I felt welcomed so, I tipped her. Keep up the good work Sonics & all the business will be yours guaranteed
