I come here every couple of days and get my son a shake. Sometimes I will get a pretzel twist, but I won’t be anymore. Each time I go I have to repeat my order at least 8 times and half the time it’s still not correct. But, the problem I have is how greasy these pretzels are. It is gross and they should know better than to even bring something out to a customer with grease dripping EVERYWHERE! I have put a picture with this to show what this mess looked like even after I have gotten home.

I thought this place had a turn around and was doing good. All I asked for was a nice cream cone, everyone getting their items except me. 15 minutes goes by and someone on the speaker asked can they take my order. I told her that I had already ordered an ice cream cone she said ok. 10 more minutes and I left. They had plenty of people working and was busy. PITIFUL
