Great service and friendly staff. I went there during labor day weekend and apparently there was staff shortage. They kept people waiting. I waited for around 10 mins for my turn. They however attended someone else who came after me. So felt disappointed but then they brought out my order first. The staff person I think name was Emily was very friendly and smiling. Only complaint the restroom was very dirty.

I love my local sonic! All of our carhops are always friendly and my order is always hot and correct! The last few months or so, they have only a limited amount of bays open and it’s frustrating when you have to circle the building a few times waiting on someone to leave. I always order on the app, which is lovely! But sometimes they aren’t taking mobile orders. I think they are just short staffed, which is the cause of the inconveniences. Again, I do love our local sonic and will continue to go no matter what!
