Ordered lunch here yesterday since it wasn’t too busy. Complete garbage. Paid $9 and change for this and it wasn’t even right. This is a poor excuse for a meal. Completely dry chicken and hardly any tots. Also ordered two chili cheese tots large and there was barely any tots in it as well. If you combined the two together it would’ve been the size of a large tot. They weren’t even busy, maybe four other cars waiting on orders. If you are going to work, you should take pride in what you put out. We pay for a service and it was not delivered at this location. Will not be going back in the future. Only giving a two star since the server was nice.

So it’s happy hour I’m hungry might as well stop by Sonic grab my cell phone Route 44 reeces blast which I absolutely love and a cheeseburger. The cheeseburger was as usual the meat is a little rubbery but its edible it fills a void.

The food was good to me, altho a person in our group complained that the food was not hot. I don’t know the young man’s name, but he was outstanding and he was very polite and understanding under pressure. This is on Thursday June 29 about 12 lunchtime. Hubs and I just moved to the area a couple months ago, and we’ve been giving this Sonic a few visits. It’s been great using the mobile app and so far all of our orders have been correct. Well, tonight, we decided to get some late night shakes. Since we wanted to pay with cash tonight, we couldn’t use the mobile app… okay whatever. When we arrive and start to place our order, I am almost immediately am told “hold on! Hold on! Hold on!” As a previous fast food worker myself, I always try to speak clearly and not too quickly. This guy has me repeat my order multiple times and STILL gets it wrong when he brings it out. The whipped cream on top was barely there, and when I double checked my receipt, I was charged for extra whipped cream. Smh. This is pitiful. Train your employees properly. Or don’t let them take and make orders when they show they’re incapable.

So it’s happy hour I’m hungry might as well stop by Sonic grab my cell phone Route 44 cherry limeade which I absolutely love and a Coney dog. The Coney Dog was as usual the hot dogs are a little rubbery but they’re edible it feels a void. However I ordered my Route 44 cherry limeade that automatically comes selected with maraschino cherries to have no ice. You can call me cheap you can call me Thrifty you can call me whatever you want but I hate paying for ice and drinks. As you can see on the receipt it says no ice but as you can see in the picture of the cup it came filled to the brim with ice. Obviously the ice is not all the way to the top of the cup because they made the drink some of it melted but the cup was full of ice they didn’t even reduce the amount of ice.

I live in Raymond and we only have 3-4 choices of take out. We usually don’t get sonic because it’s always bad. Tonight it was worse than ever. I’ve been sick all night and the next day. The bathroom was disgusting. Just wanted to wash my hands it was AWFUL. Felt like I needed boots on to go in. You need to retrain or better yet shut the doors. I’ll never go back.

Don’t expect them to be able to understand you through the squawk boxes… They need to be replaced. I heard the staff telling multiple people (including us) to repeat themselves because the staff could not hear them inside, and they were not very friendly about it.

I ordered food in the app then drove to sonic and checked in. The food was good the service was good just the wait time was a little long but it was around 8:45 p.m. so it was pretty busy.

Lately the food has been cold and not fresh. It is sloppy and getting worse. The incompetent employees do not care about the quality of the food but expect a tip. The wait is also too long when they are not even busy. The slush drinks are the only thing worth getting but the machine is not working half the time.
