I always get a large Recess Peanut butter cup blast.But the other day I went through the drive thru,and when I got home I realized that they had put sooooo much ice cream and just a tiny bit of candy.They haven’t done that before but trust and believe it has happened several times in another state that I lived in.I called ,I mean,it’s a 7$ dessert that I can eat on 2 times.But when I called to tell them, I got a truly professional team leader ,Noah,whom made it right!!! Thank you Noah for knowing how customer service works.Also,Halls Ferry Rd. Is where I always go,and everyone has always been kind, friendly, and professional

All of the stalls were closed, so the only working area was the drive-thru. The lady who helped us was very nice. The only issue we had is that we got 2 medium fries instead of 2 large, but otherwise it was your average sonic experience.

If you’re looking for consistent quality and speed of service, you’ll be disappointed. Seems to be hit or miss, long waits at random times, even when ordering online. Missing items or wrong orders, the usual fast food errors, from time to time. Otherwise, it’s Sonic – mediocre food with great deserts.

pulled in at 9:10- they do not close until 10 but yet was met by a rude lady who told us they had just taken their last order and refused to serve us even though they didn’t close for almost an hour. We could hear multiple employees in the back goofing off and cussing through the drive through box. When asked why the girl literally laughed and said “nah we aren’t taking anymore” it was all around such a disappointing and rude experience. If you want good service or even to be treated with human decency.. don’t go here

Most of the time it is drive through only. The speaker and microphone for drive through volume is low and the people do not speak clearly. Since starting a remodel the service must have left with the scrap. The carhops are nice and try to please, but between the order taker and cook they can’t get it right.
