I visited this location twice in the same day. My first order of cheese sticks were nice and fresh. However the 2nd time I came, my slushy tasted like slightly flavored ice. It wasn’t mixed well at all. Overall, it was a decent experience.

Service is beyond terrible. Ordered two drinks on the app today, waited 30 minutes until I finally pressed the button to see what was going on and I was then told I had to come inside to get my own drinks… the whole point of sonic is it’s a drive in and they bring your order out to you. It’s posted all over the side of the building to never walk inside the kitchen. Walked in the kitchen and stood there for another 5 minutes without even being acknowledged. Stay far away from this sonic. It was noon and it was us and one other car there. So that should’ve been a red flag. Ordered on app. The person brought the food to us and didn’t say a word. Just handed us food and turned around and I asked for dipping sauce. So I noticed I was missing Buffalo chicken bites. He said we’re out. Wasn’t even going to tell me til I asked. I asked for money back and he said you have to get refund on app. No where on the app will it issue a refund. So I just left. Guess I should’ve read the reviews before visiting. This sonic needs to be closed!!! Stay very far away!!!

I don’t even know why I went back every time it has just been horrible but this was the worst. For context I only ordered 5 things 2 drinks 2 seasonal ice cream drinks and a small cheese sticks. The first 3 stalls I pulled into were not working I went to a different one and I guess the person before me had pushed the button and left because as I was pulling up the person said “HELLO?” in a really annoyed tone I figured out what happened and started ordering but quickly realized they had turned it off so I pushed it again and waited only for the button to turn off I pushed it again and watched it and it turned off again almost like they were rejecting the thing. I moved to a different stall mind you I’d already been there about 10 mins. I push the button and wait a couple minutes before someone answers I place my order and have to repeat it a few times because they didn’t put everything. It took another 10 minutes or so before they even brought it out. I had to push the button again because it was taking so long and the person said my order hadn’t even come out yet but that was impossible because when I finally did get it the ice cream was melty and the cheese sticks were cold. I was so mad but I had already spent almost 30 minutes just waiting to have my order taken and food delivered I wasn’t waiting any longer.

Rude and unprofessional at best. Over priced, poor quality food and their employees go out of their way to be condescending and obnoxious because you showed the audacity disturb their social gathering by pushing the red button to order some food. The service at this particular restaurant has always been substandard, but they have gotten so bad now that I honestly do not see how they’re able to stay in business.

SUPER slow. I would understand it taking a while if there was a parking lot full but there was barely anyone there when we ordered. Not only did the food take 40+ minutes to get to us (I wish I was exaggerating) but they were extremely rude when we finally did get our food. If I could give a 0 star review I would. Overall just save your time and breath unless you have crazy patience.

I am going to get my money back from this place. They are stealing peoples money. I have ignored the fact when ordering online they may not have certain things…but for them to completely ignore a paid item and take their time about getting your food to you..only to have not one thing correct..but have the ticket on the bag with what you ordered on it. I have sent complaints to the corporate office and no response at all…these people are thieves and I will get my money out of them any way I have too…
