I used the Sonic App to order my lunch. I was on a short break. Once I arrived and put in my stall # I waited for almost 5 minutes. The manager comes and asks if I was trying to order. I replied it was online, where he informed me her system crashed. She couldn’t make my food based on the receipt in my app. I could wait until the system came back (which hadn’t the previous night. They closed early) or whenever it came back she would cancel my order and refund me within 30 days I know it wasn’t her fault, but Sonic is struggling on the proper training to deal with these types of issues. Terrible experience.

The manager this morning had an attitude after I politely asked her to please remake my cheeseburger fresh, it was not hot like the fries, she said something smart (they just came off the grill) took the burger walked away and threw it once she opened the door. I asked for my money back due to her attitude, she said I don’t have an attitude and the burger was still horrible. Bottom bun hard and top bun mushy due to so much ketchup. Why would I want to eat it? First meal of the day m I’m so disappointed.

I deliver and they will tell u to wait on ur order then turn around and tell u to come inside and get it after u been waiting for 20 minutes. Then the sign on the door says employees only… They need to bring the orders out as they are made for delivery we are on a time limit.

I ordered 4 combos and the car hop didn’t even put the drinks in a carrier. I had to ask for one. 2 of my double cheese burgers was missing a patty. I took it back to them with the fries and they just replaced burgers but left me with cold fries.
