I come to Sonic pretty frequently, and I’m almost always happy with Sonic so this review is not to cut down previous visits but simply to emphasize what a great experience I had tonight. A young man named Dantonio brought my food to the car and he thanked me for the tip I had left in the app. I have to admit I’ve always wondered if they really get that or if it goes in a pot and is shared or how they do it. Or if they even see it to be frank. But this young man was so pleasant and so nice as he handed me my food and thanked me. Great employee! Sonic take note and keep this guy around!

I did have to pay full price for half-price cheese burgers on Tuesday because they had to turn their app off due to them being under a boil water notice in McComb. So, no slush, drinks, or ice cream was available.

I’m big on customer service and seems like this location lacks that part. The food is a hit or miss at times. The prices are like any other sonics, but definitely could improve on customer service. Other than that it’s a great stop for your favorite route 44 drink or a sweet treat.
