I understand charging for water. The cup, energy and water to make the ice, paying the employee etc. But damn!!! A dollar for this Itty bitty elf snack sized cup of water is ridiculous. So is the $4 -16oz sweet tea.

This place is ridiculous! We ordered food a couple weeks ago and it was terrible. The chicken was fried so hard that it was not even edible. The fries tasted like they were a couple days old. Needless to say, I threw my whole meal away. It was disgusting and unable to eat.

Whoever is the wife and the husband at the franchise he needs to get FIRED ASAP .Husband looks oblivious wife like he can’t stand up to his wife when she needs to be put in her place. The fry’s were soggy and hardly any salt, the burger was over cooked and even though the cheese sticks seemed freshly cooked they tasted like they were cooked in old/burnt grease… The chocolate milk shake was awesome though!!!

There’s seems to always be an issue with this location the past year. First the online ordering for this location does not function. This location is riddled with issues, sub-par food, at least half of the ordering stalls are non functional, the location needs alot of repairs. Whomever owns this franchise location needs to bring this place back to life.

I just can’t get used to this service. Eating outside is a precursor for bad bacteria. However, if we maintain THAT balance, then it’ll all work out. The hamburgers need to be “dressed up” better than “making it look like” the food is getting throwed to hogs. And, the french fries are good, but obviously someone went to work hungry and ate all they wanted, and didn’ t care about the customers’ orders. Sonic, rewrite your employee policy. If you care about the businesses rather than the money, make it happen.
