Management doesn’t follow state of Tennessee minor or any labor laws it doesn’t matter if you’re a fast food place the labor law is the same for all places. Then minor should get a paper asking there parents if they can work late but they never give those out cause I guess they are higher then the law. Then the other reason it takes so long to get your food cause the men cooks are to busy flirting with the girl worker’s and no management stops it. It’s for the Tennessee sonics

Just had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Sonic at this particular one, placed the order through the app, so it was clear as day what I was ordering, yet somehow it was still completely wrong, I ordered 6 mozzarella sticks and only received 5, I ordered double cheeseburgers and received single burgers, I paid extra to have bacon added onto the burger, didn’t receive bacon but they decided to slap onions on it instead, the bun was so dried out and stale that it was flaking apart on top, the single burger that was supposed to be a double had one slice of cheese on top and one on bottom of the tiny slab of meat and was smothered in ketchup and onions, even after picking the onions off my dog wouldn’t eat it. Our order was originally $44, at best it should have been maybe $20 for the amount of food that they gave us considering all the doubles ended up being those tiny little singles, and I got charged for bacon that I did not even receive. Shorted me on cheese sticks, and didn’t receive the marinara or cheese sauce that I requested. I could excuse it if the food that we did receive would have at least tasted like it was supposed to and didn’t taste like it had been sitting out for hours.

Always believe in giving people the benefit of doubt. A year ago the 2 times I showed up at this sonic both times the orders were wrong and the only thing was right was the drinks. after one year I decided to give them another chance. today our food showed up after 20 minutes everything was ice cold not warm but cold and then the hamburger was wrong too. it will be a cold day in h*** before I ever return to this place. I just not going to waste hard earned money on substandard food or service.
