Tried to order food here, but was turned away by the staff. They refused to take my order because there was only two employees and they were doing Drive-thru only. I was in a large vehicle and couldn’t go threw the DT so I left. To top it off, there wasn’t any cars in the DT either! Ridiculous!!! 7pm on a Monday

Sat at a stall for 10 minutes with the service call button pushed, it timed out. Went to push it again and noticed that the car in the drive-thru that was there when I arrived hadn’t moved from the speaker. I left and went to Dairy Queen. Good food in less than 5 minutes from there!

Once again, this Sonic never ceases to disappoint in the service area. We waited at the drive-through speaker for several minutes with no acknowledgement from those inside, so we pulled forward to the window and waited for them to process the two cars ahead of us. Once we pulled up to the window, all of the employees walked away from the window and never acknowledged us.

How do you call yourself a fast food restaurant when you leave customers sitting in line for 20 minutes? How are you unable to take care of the two cars at your window and take orders in 20 minutes? You had one car dining in so at most had three orders queued, and not a single order taken in your drive thru for 20 minutes before I pulled around and spoke to the car at your window whose driver was as upset as I! Avoid this location at all cost… good luck getting an order taken!

Anything I order from this location has been good. That’s the only positive I can offer. The service is an embarrassment to this business. Sat in the hot sun waiting for someone to take my order for 15 minutes with not a soul in the drive through or any other stall. I gave up and went down the street to DQ. might as well close if that’s the best that can be offered.

This is the worst sonic I have ever been to. The employees are rude and disrespectful. I pulled into a stall pressed the button took 10 mins for someone to answer and I was the only one there. I was then told that they are only accepting orders through the drive thru. The girl taking the order kept interrupting me so much that it took another 10 mins to give her my order. Once I got my order it was wrong. I pulled into a stall and pressed the button to be told that I had to go through the drive thru. I am still the only one here and she could not remember what I just ordered. I will never go back to this Sonic again.

Foods good if you can get it. Last 3 times I’ve tried going to a stall for lunch I’ve waited 10+ minutes after pushing the red button. Twice it’s been 15 or more and I’ve had to leave to find something else during my allotted lunch time.
