Got food here last night at around 9 PM. Ordering a Pretzel Twist and Water took over 35 minutes, then at the window it took over 10 just to receive a simple pretzel. Once we got it, it was missing the cheese sauce we asked for. Sat at the window for another 5 minutes with neither employee interacting. Tried to wave one down who went to go take food to somebody in their car, and were ignored. Dozens upon dozens of cars left angrily due to neither employee doing their job in a timely manner or caring at all. Absolutely terrible service at a reasonable hour. Never left a review before but utterly baffled by how awful the service was from both employees, I was more than polite and apologetic while waiting to order but by the time we got to the window it became clear that the issue wasnt low staffing but just a complete lack of effort or care by the employees. One was just standing around talking to the other, not even making food or taking orders for the over 8 cars sitting in the drive-thru.

Solw slow, slow, takes 20 mins, and with no one in line in front of me just to get a shake and breadstix. Way to much money for their stuff, never again, not worth my lunch time, a big waste of money, and time.

The slowest place on earth…. stop by to get lunch for 2 of my employees…had to wait 30 mins for a chicken sandwhich….now I gotta pay my staff 30 mins each to sit n wait for their food… disappointing.. should have gone McDonald’s across the street …

Came here when 1st opened, the food was fresh and delicious, me and wife stopped in today got the same meals, for starters the chicken was old tasting, had feys mixes with onion rings for my totts order, and to top off the dam pop flat as heck. 🙁 they need to stay on the way they opened if ever want me or familys business again. Waste of $14.39.

If zero stars was a option it would be given. One star is pretty generous. Used the sonic app to order 2 of the new sour patch slushes. Marked in the app when I arrived on the screen it said the bell hop James was on his way as soon as we checked it then it cleared the ordered out in the app waited 20 mins the guy never came out pressed the red button for assistance completely got ignored. Called the store and they said the seen the order and was bringing it out soon. When the brought it out the slushes was all melted so it just sat for the entire time
