Out of $40 worth of food, the chicken sandwich was fresh. Everything else, from tater tots and mozzarella sticks to the kids corn dogs were stale, hard, and clearly had been cooked well before we pulled up. You’d be better off investing in Bud Light.

I ordered the Ultimate Meat and Cheese breakfast burrito on 6/24/2022. The picture shows what I received. Not even a full piece of sausage chopped up, a few piece of bacon bits, what looks like half an egg, barely any cheddar cheese and no tator tots. Plenty of cheese sauce though. Not what I expected from an “Ultimate” burrito. The sad part was what I actually did get tasted pretty good, but I can’t help but think this was made just blatantly wrong.

Do not work for them. My daughter only got to work there for one day. The manager Madi blew her off after that. Never paid her for the one day, won’t return anybof her messages or calls about her schedule or her paycheck. We try calling up there and she keeps telling staff to tell us she’s busy and try tomorrow. It’s been over a month now and it’s very unprofessional. If you don’t want to have someone work there, tell them they aren’t cut out for it. But you still have to pay them for the day they did work.

Ordered mozzarella sticks & a Super Sonic premium burrito. I’ve never received fresh ones except at night. They are usually old and nasty. The burrito was unacceptable and as soon as I unwrapped it some sort of juice came out. I felt like I was holding a dirty dish sponge!!!

This place has gotten bat crazy. You wait half an hour for a drink or a pretzel. If you complain, you’ll be lectured about how they are “doing what they can” or how they have drive thru customers to take care of.

I ordered the #12 Sonic Jumbo Popcorn Chicken in Honey BBQ. When they brought my order to me, they had barely drizzled Honey BBQ sauce, not quite what the picture showed on the menu. Is this what their service has come to. I sent the food back and requested a refund. Will NOT stop here again.
