It was our first time at sonic and last. I’m absolutely disgusted with what I found in one of our ice cream cups, hair, long hair. I should have known when the young lady came out holding all four of our ice creams without a cup holder and our food all at once I should have just returned the food. Your workers need to practice putting their hair back into pony tail and hair net and hand hygiene so this doesn’t happen ever again.

We ended up returning our entire order for a refund. They screwed up half our order, after we waited an hour for it to even be given to us. They then took 45min to even answer us at the drive up. After all this they would not remake our order, only willing to remake what they screwed up. Our entire order was ice cold. Do not go to this location. It’s very poorly managed, and owned. Avoid at all cost. The staff were rude to us when we told them they messed up and didn’t even give us the right sandwiches.

Never knew about the breakfast burrito but it’s one of the best around served all day. Nice eggs and cheese. Too much cheese in my opinion. Was confused when asked if I was Tom. I said no one asked my name. Other than that oddity, great price, delicious food.

Had a moms group meeting here, and the staff went above and beyond. The tables outside were a bit dirty so we asked if we could have some napkins to clean them. They staff came out and scrubbed them clean. They saw was had our kids and not all got kids meals so they brought out toys to give to each of them. One girl got a hole in their cup and asked for another cup. They gave her a whole new drink instead. Thanks for the fun day!

They are understaffed so the stalls are not currently open, only drive thru as an option. I understand staff shortages, but I placed my order online and had to wait and go through the drive thru line to pick up my order of two slushees… almost decided to just not even pick it up but I had already paid for them online. Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru for 2 slushees. This place shouldn’t even be open if they are that understaffed. Looks like there were maybe 5 employees working there. Staff was nice but I feel bad for them.

This is the worst food I’ve had in a long time…a pancake place in St John held that title for the past 5 years. First time here for me and definitely the last. Food was not hot and what the heck are those tots made out of? Not potatoes! Not only did they taste disgusting, but left a coating on my tongue that I can’t escape…still with me this morning. I was doubled over with stomach cramps last night and the explosive belching went on forever. I don’t understand how anyone can eat at a Sonic on a regular basis…I guess if you love cheap carnival food it’s the place for you, good luck.

Have got my drink wrong three times. When I say something they say call corporate. Corporate doesn’t care and wants to give me a gift card not a refund. Why would I go back. Man at window yesterday argued with me about what my drink contained even though it was spelled out using the app what I wanted. Food is consistent so thats the only reason for the 2 stars. Check your drinks before you leave whether you order on the app, at the stall or at drive thru. Will not be giving them another chance.

Did you know? Sonic the Hedgehog’s birthday is June 23rd. So that’s why we went to Sonic to celebrate Sonic the Hedgehog We went through the drive thru because the drive-in slots were not open due to staffing shortages. Our order was correct and nicely organized in their packages, I appreciate that detail. Kids were quiet for like 20 minutes while thoroughly enjoying their burgers and chili dogs! I got a peach iced tea it was delicious, sooo refreshing mmm I dream about that iced tea!
