Oh my Lord. I have never been called a liar by a fast food restaurant until now. My wife and I brought our 2 children with a sleeping baby to the car hop to order food for 4. After ordering, we received food for 2 and a beverage to go along with the children’s meal, which we did not receive. We then asked politely to please correct the mistake. After 10 minutes of their confusion and disbelief, they bring out 1 meal, which will only feed one of my children. We then politely and patiently call them back out to again correct their mistake. We are then confronted by what looks like a teenager claiming to be the manager who then implied that my wife and I are liars in front of my kids, who are wondering when they will be able to eat. It required about 20 minutes of waiting, arguing, being insulted and asking for a refund for them to finally give me what I paid twice for. Never have I been so insulted and treated like a thief by a group of irresponsible kids who are left to run a restaurant. I never write reviews but after leaving this establishment I, two days later, am still left confused and infuriated by a situation that did not at all need to take place. I can not say enough. There are plenty of bad reviews about this place and trust me, they are all true and accurate. I will never even think of going back.

They were busy so the drive through took a little while but it’s expected at times. Went for the frozen lemonade, which is absolutely amazing and grabbed a cheeseburger, which was pretty darn good too. I’ve seen the reviews comparing it to McDonald’s… well it is a fast food place so it is what it is and personally anyway I think it’s definitely better than Mickey D’s. Yes sometimes the wait is a little long but considering the variety of things they have on their menu I think that’s acceptable.

They definitely need to improve on the service. I’m trying to understand why on a Saturday night with a empty parking lot it took over 10 minutes to get a corn dog and mozzarella sticks. The staff could be more friendly as well. I won’t be back!!!

I stopped in there the other night and they were pretty busy but the line moved pretty quick and lucky me they still had their shakes on sale for half price after 8 pm. I got the strawberry and my fantastic wife got the vanilla. The only problem I have had there is with the hot dog and hamburger buns 50% of the time are getting or r stale.

I wish I could give them less. I didn’t order much just two blasts and a sandwich. I know they were busy and I am willing to wait. I never leave reviews if bad. I asked for no whip cream on the blasts and no tomato or mayo on my sandwich. When I finally get to the window, there are 4 girls running the building that don’t look older than 16. I had all 4 of them ask what I had multiple times. They fought over my blasts for 5 minutes because one of them put whip cream on them. Instead of making me new ones or scraping it off, they just gave them to me. I looked at it like “are you kidding me” and instead of fixing it they just said sorry. Never gave me the side of ranch I asked for either. I am totally okay and understanding, I mean mistakes happen. But I can stand people not trying to fix them.

Only good thing about this place are the shakes and the mints at the bottom of the bag. Cold burger with hard things in it too hard to chew through making me gag several times. Cold fries more like rubber than crispy fries. Asked for a couple ranches as I got multiple sides. Only received one. Almost positive I was over charged as well. Very disappointed.

I have always had exceptional service here. One time my young son and I came here for ice cream. They had a power outage and their computers were down but they still gave us the ice cream for free! I thought that was worth telling everyone about. That’s the kind of services that makes frequent a business. It wasn’t about the money, rather the service.

Avoid this place at all costs. The stalls close at 8:30, so we had to sit in line for 15 minutes to wait to place an order in drive thru and another 10 to get the order. Ordered burgers and received hot dogs – wanted two orders of tots and was charged for 4 (I did get all 4) – forgot a sandwich. Went back through drive through and told them we were missing a sandwich and also we received hot dogs instead of burgers. She said they had the sandwich we were missing, but we would have to pay for the burgers. LOL – that was a good laugh. Now we are sitting in line waiting for the burgers – been waiting for over 15 minutes.

ordered 5 medium chili fries (todays special) 5 minutes later they walk out with 1 order. She took off back inside so fast I had to walk up to drive through window,wait 2 minutes someone finally appears. told him I ordered 5 not 1. oops . .it will be right out. 10 minutes later he brings out the 4 someone had missed.Was the only customer they had during my not so brief visit. Will be a while, before I go back

We stopped at this Sonic Drive-In location here in White Lake because our car was getting fixed next door at discount tire. Sure glad we did because it was fantastic, we came during happy hour and got our slushies at half price and we also got onion rings and chili cheese tots. This was so classic and good, definitely coming back here again!
