Took forever to get my food. I wanted 25 minutes to get my order of 2 cheeseburgers. Don’t bother ordering in the app, it doesn’t help to get your food on time. If you really must get food here than go through the drive thru. They made and gave me my food only after there was no one in the drive thru line.

We stopped at the Mattoon Sonics, the tots were over cooked and extremely salty, the burgers were just warm, the lettuce wasn’t even crunchy at all, the tomatoes were mushy. Don’t think the family and I will be stopping at that location again to eat.

Long wait for service and second long wait for my food, both several minutes in length. Ordered Texas toast burger, got toasted sandwich bread, that was rubbery and seemed microwaved. Patty was burnt on the edges and cold in the middle, overall one of the worst burgers I’ve gotten in years. Onion rings were rock-hard and virtually inedible. Cherry dr pepper was ok though. Won’t be back, and suggest picking another option if you can.
