The food is always good. However, we waited twenty minutes. The server who came by our car told us she was there for another vehicle and to press the button again. After ten more minutes, my daughter took us through the drive thru to order. It was still slow but at least it was moved; and we were able to order and receive our food. We checked to be certain we had everything, left, and ate elsewhere.

Order taker was rude. The girl who brought our order was nice. They said there was a 10 minute wait and we agreed that that was okay only to get melted milkshakes not even full to the top. One of the shakes had a hole in the bottom when swapped out they just gave me the same shake… Which was melted. Horrible sonic experience. The only reason there was 2 stars given was because of the girl running around. Almost 4 dollars each for a melted shake not even all the way filled. A joke.

Went 2 days in a row. The first day they were out of the Texas toast for our sandwiches and they were puny. The second time we ordered online for drinks. We only got 2 out of 5 because they were out of slushy mix. I have to call the 800 number to get a refund! Will not be going to this one again soon.

The food and service were good and fast. The atmosphere is a fast food place, but I’m sure nobody wants to hear your conversation you’re having with your other human on speaker phone while they’re trying to eat their chili cheese tots and BCB Toasters.

I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with no cheese. I got two pieces of dried thin Hamburger, a very small smear of mayo, lettuce and a scrap of tomato. I can’t remember ever having a burger this bad. This was Sonic. On Dirkson, Spfld, IL. I usually go to one on the west side and never had a bad burger from there. I won’t go back to the one on Dirksen.
