Due to recent events (7-7-23) I can no longer recommend sonic drive in. I place an order at about 8:11 pm for only a large sweet tea and I waited for a total of about 45 minutes roughly give or take a few minutes but even after calling in a second time to let them know I have been waiting at this point for about 20 minutes and informing them I have been waiting for a sweet tea I was disconnected from the stall without a word gave the benefit of a doubt and waited a while longer and still never got my drink. I have worked food service my whole life and know the business it was not busy and they intentionally never brought my drink. If it was an option would be a strong 0 stars. If it was my job I would have been fired for insubordination and I would expect proper action to take place. It may not be ideal but you still have a job to do.

Pulled in to order cheese sticks and a hotdog for my kids before our long drive back to TN. As I pulled up there were about 7 cars waiting for their food or to order. I pushed the red button and waited for about 10 min and no one answered to take our order. Waited so long that the red activated button timed out on us! Highly disappointed as we enjoy eating at sonic but the service was absolutely horrible here.

Hated it prices are too high for a drive through! And service is always so slow and they sound asleep and never have food you order their out of it ! And I ordered one Frito pie and got ten omg ! When I said I ordered one she said well what do you want me to do with these OMG ! Seriously! I don’t think so! Prices are much higher than other sonics it’s ridiculous I can’t afford to go there much anymore and weird Happy hours anymore too they changed those up it’s just to crazy for me ! Oh yeah that’s if they even have what you want in stock and they took best thing off menu ! WHY! Chicken FRYED STEAK sandwich where the heck did it go to! Huh

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Sonic. We ordered 3 SuperSonic Burritos. Not a single one of them had the tots in it. One of them looked the same size as a Jr Breakfast Burrito. When the lady brought us our food, she said “here,” handed the food bag and left. Not another word. Wow!!
