Very disappointing. Food was cold and nasty. It had been sitting a while. Ice cream machine broke. Had to call to get a refund. They couldn’t refund for just ice cream so we actually had to take less than what we paid in a gift card. No one was interested in helping in any way.

This SONIC is super slow forever short staffed… you can burn a 1/4 tank of gas waiting 10+ mins on a order made via the app sadly i can’t speak anything positive about this establishment. However, I can say that despite their work conditions at times (like this morning), Alma, Andrew, and Ava always display expeditious service!!!

Terrible Sonic. Won’t be back. Slow and horrible. Horrible employees, everything’s broken, horrible management. Very rarely are they actually out with your order in a reasonable amount of time, usually they’re very slow, as in sitting for 20 minutes. And they say on the menu screen that they’re on their way with the order but it’s another 5 or 10 minutes before they come out, which means they’re probably trying to fool corporate into thinking they’re doing their job when they aren’t. They take 5 minutes to even answer the red button. Also most of the machines are broken here and they need to clean the place. Again we won’t be back until someone does their job right.

Update: Tried to get food from there again today cause we figured maybe we’d have a different experience boy was I wrong. My husband order a crispy chicken sandwich with extra bacon, was charged for the bacon, and then they put absolutely no bacon on it. I had to call and tell them we were charged for it and ended up with no bacon on it just for the girl on the phone to ask him if he put bacon on it or not ♀️ The job is not hard so why is it this store seems to be ran soo horribly?

I usually don’t go to Sonic, not sure why, but our regular ice cream place was closed early and my daughter told me Sonic has ice cream too. I didn’t even realize that. So we got their Sonic Blasts through the app. They were delicious! Friendly staff and clean parking lot. We’ll be back!
