Usually we have a good experience here but all the burritos we ordered were not only missing the sausage but they had maybe a quarter of the usual fillings. These were tiny burritos when actually wrapped correctly which they weren’t coming from the sonic. We are very disappointed by the quality and size of the burritos for the price we paid.

Girl taking the order is rude! What happened to customer service?? Sonic knows better than that! I understand it’s hard to find good help these days, but train your employees. I ordered onion rings and she said “we don’t have any.” So I said , oh, you’re out?” And she said we don’t have any.” Sonic, it’s very easy to put a notice on your menu of the items you have, and do not have. PSA! Sonic no longer carries onion rings at this location. The chicken swing should be on the dollar menu it’s so small. I asked for pickles and mayo and this is what I got. Not eating here again.

Our wait time at the restaurant was over 20 minutes. The chicken strips were very old and cold. Both our buns were partially frozen and turning soggy. The tator tots were not fully cooked and none of our food was warm. I called twice and received no answer and no voice-mail.

Chicken strips were so dry, they were burnt and I couldn’t even bite into them. I got the wrong drink order. The cheddar bites were the only good thing about this meal. I spent $13.00 on this meal that I couldn’t eat. Unacceptable! I would not recommend this Sonic.

I ordered through the app a large coke zero. I waited for quite a while and finally hit the button thinking the app order may not have gone through. I then was brought a large drink with red syrup in it. When I told the car hop it was incorrect, she told me to go through the drive through and tell them and refused to help me.

I went and sat in the drive-through for over five minutes to order two sodas and two sandwiches. I’ve been decided to pull around to the window and sat there for another five minutes before anybody even noticed me then she hands me a broken cup with soda spilling out of it And my chicken sandwiches are burnt I would definitely not suggest to go to this restaurant just because their customer service sucks and their food is burnt

DO NOT EAT HERE. They have forgotten food so many times,I’ve waited over an hour before and they never came out so I left. Sonic is Sonic, as far as food! BUT Val (manager) keeps and produces TONS of friendly workers/car hops! They NEVER Jack up our food, either! (8 year old son, “ketchup only burger”, & a fairly picky wife, THEY ALWAYS come thru! AND with a smile! ✌️
