This was absolutely AWFUL. We arrived to order 3 drinks and 2 snack foods. 10 minutes go by, nothing, 20 minutes, still nothing, 30 minutes it says “ros” is coming out with our order.. 40 minutes passed and still no food and ros never showed up. We had to click the button twice for any help on locating our order. When the young lady came out she looked very annoyed and acted like we were an inconvenience. We mentioned we waited for so long and she gave us an attitude saying “You did not wait 40 minutes” even though our reciept says otherwise 🙂

I ordered a small hot fudge shake and a small oreo blast on the sonic app. I checked into this location and waited 30 minutes, no communication from staff and no food. When I used the button at the parking spot to talk to them I was informed they don’t take orders on them and only do app and door dash orders. So I got out of my car and spoke with staff and was advised they were having trouble making ice cream for all the orders, all 4 other cars in the lot besides me. Mind you the drive through folks got their orders no problem. I asked to speak to the manager and was told she would “when she had time”. Great job Sonic, another store that has terrible service and less than half the ordering boards work. As soon as my money is refunded I will no longer do business with sonic at any location. This company has become a major joke.

I just down graded you to a 3 because you seem to think only 4 stars is excellent. Should strive for 5 but you weren’t even interested in knowing why I only gave 4. 2 times out of three was given a hot fudge shake instead of the chocolate ordered. The 3rd time it was just nasty. Food is always cold. Too much mustard and only on one side of sandwich.

I just ordered a large drink and an ice cream cone. Two seemingly easy things to make. After 20 minutes of waiting, I pressed the button and asked where my order was. I was told that they were shorthanded and that they should be out soon. I waited 5 more minutes before I left.

Genuinely the worst service I’ve ever had at a Sonic. On multiple occasions I’ve had more than a 20 minute wait with terrible service! Two of the three instances were for drinks only. I worked at a Sonic in the past, I’m typically very understanding, but this place is a joke.

I cannot believe I have been here for so long. Its been over 40 minutes for three drinks… most of which come straight from the fountain. I know the work is hard but theres literally no excuse… I placed the order ahead and I got here after that even. There were two other cars here then, now the parkinglot is full. The runners are leisurely meandering around and obviously don’t care at all. The jalapeno poppers taste like grass and are extremely bitter, can’t say the rest is much better. I have never been to a worse Sonic in my life!
