Took 10 minutes before they answered the button. We ordered 4 drinks, a hot dog, cheddar peppers, and a kids meal. Not hard. After 40 minutes and watching the entire parking lot empty, including people that got there way after us, we left. It does not take 40 minutes for an order that small. If you want to charge $40 for that small amount of food you should at least get the food out at a decent speed. If I could give no stars I would. That was absolutely pathetic. Went to Culver’s, got way more, and it took less than 10 minutes from the time we pulled in Till we left.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Accidentally forgot my card and the guy working the drive thru hustled his butt off to run and hand it to me as we were driving away. Now THAT’S service! I didn’t catch his name but as I write this it’s 5:37pm on a Monday so hopefully this finds him. He’s doing your location a fantastic justice with his ‘Above and beyond’ attitude. Thank you! Oh and my milkshake was delicious lol

Ordered tonight at 9:50 on the mobile app sent my husband up to the restaurant to receive the food and drinks he waited till 10:58 THEY NEVER BROUGHT ARE FOOD OR DRINKS OUT!!!!!!!!!!!! But continued to look out the window I will never be ordering from here again, please evaluate these employees this is not the first issue I have had here but this is just plain ridiculous!!! And they ask for a tip at that? What a joke!

One star is too many! We have been frequenting this Sonic on Woods Chapel for 6 years since we moved to the neighborhood, and for the past two years it’s been slow, inconsistent service. But the past 6 months have been unbearable. Went in yesterday, pushed the red button, and waited… waited…. waited…. Watched other vehicles doing the same. I asked if anyone was taking their order and they said no one was answering and they eventually gave up and drove away. I assumed their system was down, do I placed my single drink order on the app and waited. Keep in mind I am now one of only two people here. Everyone else has given up and left. After another 10 minutes I went to knock on the restaurant door and the three people inside ignored me. I can only assume they worked there. One person had a uniform on, another was wearing a tank top, sagging basketball shorts, and sandals, and the other was an older gentleman in street clothes. After being ignored I opened the door and asked if I could please get my drink. They asked me what I wanted and told them I ordered a Cranberry Limade. They apologized and said they were slammed. Really!? No one’s in the drive thru because you didn’t answer them. No one’s in the stalls because you didn’t answer them. How in the world can they be “SLAMMED”? I waited another 10 minutes for my drink. During that time more vehicles came, pushed the red button, no response, and they eventually drove off. I walked around the building and noticed another Sonic employee, this one actually had a full uniform on, talking with another vehicle parked in the back. I assumed they were getting service, but no. They were smoking and from the smell of it, it wasn’t cigarettes. The older guy in street clothes I saw inside the restaurant earlier has more left the inside and was going to join them for a smoke… WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THIS PLACE!? Went to the door again, opened it and asked the remaining two “employees” where my drink was. They said it would be a few more minutes. So I stood there and waited. Apparently they didn’t like that so they finally made my drink and have it to me. Went back to my car and drove off, only to discover they made the wrong drink!!! No way was I about to go back. Went to the Sonic across town on HWY 7 and had my drink order in literally less than a minute. So whatever you do AVOID the Sonic on Woods Chapel. This is coming from someone who lives in the neighborhood and has frequented it many times over the years. Something has to change. Either someone from corporate needs to step in, replace the manager and hire employees that actually want to work, or it just needs to be shut down.

If I could give this a negative million stars I would. First off the girl Ava was very rude and kept slamming the window after I had her read the order back. If you don’t want a job just say that ♂️. I did not like that girl’s attitude what so ever. Epically when she kept reading back the wrong order. She is very rude and needs to learn manners. No customer shouldn’t have to experience unnecessary rudeness epically when she was in the wrong. Also the they had no more ice cream, Hi-C orange, and lemonade. Plus the fries are awful, burgers are disgusting, and disgusted by the food and customer service.

We came here to get lunch on our 15th wedding anniversary. Sat in one of the stalls with the service call button activated for almost 20 minutes and not a single person working there answered to take our order. Meanwhile other cars were being served and the drive thru was being served. So we pulled around to the drive through, and then sat there at the ordering menu for almost 10 minutes and no one answered the drive thru either. So we didn’t get to order anything at all. The people working that sonic need to get their act together. That was the most disappointing visit to Sonic we’ve ever had. Will never be back to that sonic ever. Good luck to anyone who wants to even attempt to make an order at that sonic.

Went to get 4 slushes. Pressed button waited 5 min… nothing. Went to drive thru instead. Waited 10 min Of course with only 2 cars in drive. order not read back and was incorrect size. Slushes didn’t taste good at all. I dont know what water or ice they used but it was very bad tasting and wish I could get a refund as I’m throwing away
