EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to this store there’s an issue of some kind. Forgetting food, awful attitude from car hop, CHARGING me flavoring on a FREE drink coupon I received from the manager due to issues I ALWAYS have. We are avid sonic lovers.. I try to be understanding because I used to work at a different location and I really do love getting quick drinks and snacks there but I’m about fed up all together. Poor management and communication as a whole. Last time I had an issue I was going to let it go but it was my first meal after having a newborn and they forgot my main food item. I call back weeks later stating I never got anything in the mail and they questioned it so much it was more hassle to get a $9 side I PAID FOR and NEVER GOT, than it was to explain the situation. Just disappointed and tired of spending my money here!

Ordered a medium peanut butter shake…… …BUT there was NO!!!! ice cream at all in the cup… Cup was full to top with whipped cream only. It was like a PUP CUP..if I was a dog I would have been happy BUT I’m not a dog. And I paid for a shake… EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED ☹️ . I could have bought whipped cream at Walmart for cheaper if that’s what I wanted… But I wanted a shake.

Our kids had been begging to go to the park here and they loved it when they played. It is sand just as a head up but there is a shady area for parents to sit and screens to order that inside the park fence. Our order was correct and the food was hot!

Very disappointed in the management here. What is the point of a Birthday board, if they aren’t going to update it. We have been by there several times in the past 2 weeks asking them to put our son’s birthday on the board so we could come up and have a birthday party for him. They assured us it would be up there before the day of his birthday. Called the day of and was told it would be up later that day. Just drove by and imagine that, they didn’t update it.

Food was good. But cold. It was hot when I got it, but apparently the condiments come.out of their paycheck. You ask for things specifically. Won’t get it, and the sauces that are SUPPOSED to come with things, are forgotten. You will get home and have to drive back EVERYTIME if you do not check your bag. Apparently the managers do not realize the workers are a DIRECT reflection of them. Im sorry to be harsh, but this happens EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. And apparently a bacon cheeseburger, does NOT come with bacon.
