Here is a raw chicken sandwich I got from here a little while back. Was going to let it go until my horrible experience with the very rude Amanda today. They forgot my tater tots today. Called to let her know I’d pick them up at a later date because if I came back now my food would be cold. She kept saying I’m not giving you a new meal. I kept saying I don’t want a new meal I just want a tot…..at a later date. She kept talking over me and wouldn’t listen. She had this preconceived notion want I wanted based on other customer experiences.

Never. Not once has this location managed to get my order correct. It’s actually impressive how many ways they can manage to mess up my order despite going out of my way to accommodate simple understanding. The winner today: ordered a double cheeseburger, only got a single. Check the receipt and right there in black and white: DBL SSCB.

Waited over 10 minutes in line for 2 drinks. 2 cars in front of us. Second car also had 1 drink. Cashier at window had an attitude. Manager was worse. Then drink order was incorrect. I know fast food is hard, but the very young cashier had an “I do not want to be here” attitude.

A disgrace. Like seriously who is hiring these people? They have toddlers running the place . takes damn near a lifetime to get an order started. You’ll be sitting there for a good hour to get a drink. Minimum wage should be a pay raise..

Came to Sonic on Monday 8/21/23 @ 12:10 pm. Place an order. Waited until 12:58 til order was given. Meanwhile, multiple drive-thru lines were emptied as well as the hop stalls beside us. Then discovered, items missing, fries cold, part of the order wrong, to only have to wait again! My granddaughter said eat elsewhere. I should have listened. Never again here.

Our local Basehor Sonic has taken a bad rap lately for being closed when it shouldn’t be and being inconsistent, but it’s getting a lot better. My favorite thing here is the brioche breakfast sandwich with tots. The last two times I’ve been here it was freshly made and delicious and the server was quick and friendly. Come give them another chance.

I’m not a review person, but dear God, this location is consistently terrible. If somehow you’re not missing items from your drive through order, you end up with cremated chicken strips that blatantly shouldn’t have been served. We’re talking burnt beef jerky. This is just the most recent example.

The app allowed me to order food that they no longer offer, so they substituted with a cheaper option without asking, and wouldn’t refund the difference. I also ordered a Frito wrap, and it came with about 1 tbsp of chili, literally 7 Fritos, and no cheese. Normally this one is pretty good, but not this time.
