I went for milkshakes. Some notorious can’t get it. Summertime is mainly for cold stuff; milkshakes, ice cream, cold beverages, etc. Don’t wait for the ice cream machine get broke down. And search for fast service asap.

Patraca was extremely rude on the speaker. I had asked about the 1.49 mozz day to make sure I had the date correctly and she quickly snapped back saying “it’s an all sonic thing”. I understand mozz day is tiring and stressful (I worked at sonic for over three years) however you never talk to a customer like that. Once I got my mozz sticks it tasted like that had been held for atleast 10 minutes, with the inside being solid. Again I know that mozz are held on days like this but you should not be serving mozz that old. Overall I am extremely disappointed in the service and food at this location and won’t be returning. Just want to add that patraca, I hope you learn to be nice and patient as it is your job. Also maybe don’t work in food service if you can’t handle it. Thanks

I use the app but once the screen says so and so in on the way with your order, it sometimes takes 10 min for them to show up. I know they are busy but there is no excuse for that.

I have been here twice in the last few weeks. Both times I was signal but an employee sitting outside smoking that they would only do drive-thru. They did not want to run the food to the cars. Seeing that this is the nature of the kind of fast food place this is. The laziness of the employee was evident. When I went through the drive thru to pick up my order, which I had ordered online, the other employee just handed me my order with no greeting or conversation at all. They made the customer feel like shopping there was inconvenient to them.

Ordered a Super Sonic breakfast burrito, which basically translated to an onion and jalapeno burrito. Seriously, this is probably half of the jalapenos in this thing and it was absolutely packed with onions, oh, and there were 2 pieces of sausage. Not exactly appetizing. I get the idea that the person who made it doesn’t exactly care about quality product.

I’ve come to this location before because of service and the food was “always” made to my expectations but that changed tonight. I placed my order for a pork tenderloin combo with bacon, onion rings and a cherry limeade. My reason for this combo was intentional because I knew that they had to be made to order and fresh. Received my order in a timely manner. Drove home…took my sandwich out to dress it with mayo and I found wilted brown lettuce and my bacon was a little burnt and well overcooked / crunchy (not worth the extra money I paid for) l so I called the store and was told that I could bring the order back for a full refund or get a replacement so I went ahead and took my order back. Waited for the manager to come to the window… So she finally gets to the window I showed her the bacon and the lettuce and she told me that the bacon was not burnt or overcooked (which clearly it was ) I asked her if she wanted to argue about this or she was going to make this right. So she gave me my refund including the tip I gave. I will not be coming back to this location anymore. I would have much rather shared my concerns with the general manager or even the owner of this store.

I just ordered a sundae which took awhile waiting for someone to even get on the intercom. Then after waiting 10 minutes without anyone bothering to acknowledge that I had been sitting there, I was finally able to get someone to come to the window to tell me they were focused on getting everyone else taken care of, which is why I watched 4 other cars get out of line because no one was attending to the drive-thru and they don’t care about losing business. But I did go to McDonald’s and got the same thing within minutes and had better customer service.
