I know things are crazy, I sat in line for over a half hour, patiently I might add. Got the food home in 5 minutes or less. The fries were smashed and upside-down with the burgers on top smashing everything. I don’t mind waiting but I don’t expect cold food when I get home.

We literally just left this location!!! The lady at the window was so rude when we had to return due to our order being wrong. She stood at the window and said “Are you just going to sit there?” She only corrected part of our order when she said these words. I’m highly disappointed in the customer service at this location. Customer service is key. In this matter, coaching is needed!!!

This is the worst Sonic I have ever been to…3 times they have food for me lately which is either burned, wrong, or missing! The last sandwich I had was inedible.because the bun was burnt!. Service is mediocre at best. Some of the staff walk as if it is a drudgery to have to do their job. Unhappy customer here for sure. I won’t go back her for food…drinks, maybe, but not food!!
