So I think our order taker was a new girl. She was out in left field. But she did finally get our order taken but the food today was garbage. Server was garbage who delivered the food. Can’t bring just part of the order. Need it all and don’t look at us like we messed up.

Ordered the chicken tenders with fries, at first the guy didn’t understand that I wanted fries instead of tots. The tenders were old, tough and stringy and the fries were cold. Absolutely not worth the 30 minute wait. The hopper was rude, absolutely no customer service skills. And the tenders (looked like they sat under a heat lamp for forever) were soo tough you couldn’t even tear them in half, let alone eat them, guess I just spent $11 on nasty old fries for lunch instead of a meal.

I ordered from Uber eats and if it wasn’t for them refunding my money back they would have kept my money and wouldn’t have gave me my food either. The manager James was highly disrespectful and hung up the phone after yelling and telling me they were not going to refund me for THEIR mistake. I spent $70.83 on me and my coworkers order. The Uber driver was really sweet and nice but the manager and employee at Sonic was just down right rude. I didn’t appreciate this what so ever. Their machine is also messed up so my order was completely screwed up hint on why I wanted my food or my money. I waited until I went on break to go and get the food and they still messed up on my order but not as bad so it was doable.

Ordered 2 breakfast combos and they were brought out within 5 minutes, got home and the burritos and tots I received were barely warm to the touch, and my soda was flat. I usually receive better service, but this was January 6 2023 at 6:15 am. Bad experience and terrible food for almost $20.

The only complain I would have is sometimes they run out of onion rings… So I left a five-star review on updating this and the only thing I said that was anything that would be addressed would be the onion rings running out. That’s not anything. I can tell the stuff they already know so I’m not sure why the reply was left as it was. I’ve noticed if anybody has anything to say about Sonic they get the same reply. That’s odd to me
