The amount of stupidity that went into service at this sonic was breathtaking. Waitress came out with drinks fifteen minutes late with the wrong amount of drinks. When I told we ordered two, she asked if, “I was sure about that?” I was like yeah clearly the dude heard wrong. She then told us we’d have to make another order instead of charging us another drink (she had to go inside anyway to charge our card so it wouldn’t have been totally nonsensical to just make the drink then). I know it wasn’t a time issue because then she went to talk and hangout with the sonic employees parked next to us who kept causing a ruckus, instead of getting the people’s drinks next to us who had been waiting just as long. I worked in hospitality for years and would be embarrassed if I was that manager.

45 minutes for one cheeseburger…. I’m not sure what’s going on but I typically go to fast food because of the ‘fast’ part. 12 bucks could have gotten me a burger at a sit down restaurant in the same amount of time.

Worst fast food experience I have ever had . We waited an hour and 45 for our food and they got the order wrong . Then was told our order would be out shortly then 45 minutes go by and no one cared to even talk with us till we finally said we need our food after an hour and 45 . Ordered the bbq chicken bites and got no chicken but instead just pieces of fried batter in bbq sauce. It was disgusting and I was extremely disappointed that ZERO chicken was in my order. If they were out I understand but don’t serve me frying batter with bbq that’s ridiculous
