Ordered 2 burgers, got home and missing our sides with 2 completely different sandwiches. So we called, drive back to get the correct order and in the 5 minute drive home, the burgers were swarmed with grease you couldn’t even eat it the bun was so soaked. The bag itself was soaked in grease! I will be calling corporate in the morning. Beyond unacceptable and a waste of money and time. Someone needs management training and a better crew.

I think this location just opened. There were 4-5 workers. I ordered a shake with extra chocolate. I was the only customer there. It took about 5-6 minutes to make one shake. That seems slow to me,but I think they were still training. This shake was exactly the way I like it.

Took forever to get strawberry shake. Otherwise, it wasn’t bad. There is no option on the app for most of the add-ins on the drinks… thays inconvenient for customers and workers. I called them before i ordered to let them knkw i wanted to have more added to my drink and then i called after i ordered to let them know I had ordered and what I wanted. Sonic really needs to fix that on their app.

We are passing through on vacation and stopped for a late lunch. We don’t have sonic by us and have only eaten at a it few times while visiting different destinations in the country. The food is mediocre and the drinks and ice cream are delicious. At this particular location, the person who brought out the food was very nice. We had a few questions which brought the manager out to the patio where we were eating with our kids. She was the opposite of kind. She was not very understanding of what 5 young kids on a road trip are like at a pit stop. Also, the bathroom was in pretty rough shape.

About 5 cars in the car hop bays. We used drive thru, and was the only vehicle. I ordered a breakfast burrito. The wrap was cold, and the egg and sausage was barely hot. If I wasn’t on the interstate heading home I would have returned it.
