I had bought dinner for a few people and my total should have been around $23-$24 and somehow I was charged over $35 I tell the girl that that’s not right and she just stands and stares at me and doesn’t say anything. Then I drive away and start looking at my receipt and realize they overcharged me over $10 so I go back the manager comes out and says she’s going to ring it up and see if it comes up any cheaper she then proceeds to bring me $7 out and not the rest of my money. So somehow I get overcharged $10+ and only get $7 back???? And then proceeded to eat out food and both packs of our mozzarella sticks were completely missing the cheese as I showed in the picture. They were absolutely disgusting! Terrible food and terrible service… do better or don’t charge so much for your food

Cabool Sonic has its moment of excellent service, food, and atmosphere… But they are few and far between. The last time I was there should have been a quick stop. One route 44 sweet tea. I went through the drive thru, only vehicle there and waited 6 minutes to order. Pulled around and set for 10 minutes and finally drove off.

After reading a few reviews, I have to agree with the manager’s replies. They are really sorry. The Cabool location is the sorriest fast food ever. Their milkshakes are reprehensible, the sawdust burgers are over microwaved leftovers from the previous day. Their breakfast burrito has diminished to being just a rolled up empty tortilla. If a corporate manager from Sonic ever visited this dump, they would order this place demolished.

Gotta love paying for a large bbq pop corn chicken and getting a large pop corn chicken with a small bbq drizzle across the top also ordered the new po’boy and they made without any mayo on it and a chicken strip dinner that was missing the gravy and onion ring

There is nothing good about this location I’ve been here many of times as I live nearby I highly recommend never going here not even for water the infrastructure is out dated run down and completely neglected most of the pull in bays don’t work half the time the drive thru intercom doesn’t work of course it’s to difficult to put a sign up. The manager I’ve dealt with is very unprofessional and rude and lazy ordering food or drinks here is also a problem countless times the food hasn’t been prepared right and is cold and as soon as you try something that has been fried you will know they never change the grease as the taste is very unpleasant speaking with people who have worked there they say it’s the most un sanitary place they have ever seen the water taps and ice ben have mold in them they have found dead mice floating in the grease and just removed the dead rodent and kept using the grease and they leave food items that need refrigerated out over night. And the service isn’t very good I love sonic and I wish I could eat here as it’s close to my house but unfortunately this place is the worst I’ve ever seen

Always fast always friendly love Sonic wish their app offered more rewards though and had better deals and I also miss their mail out savings and discounts they should bring those back along with the Red Bull slushies still throwing a BF about that.

Made a mobile order and they forgot my utensils. Then I looked at my burger and it was completely wrong. I hit the button and the girl said she would come out and take the wrong burger out and make the right one. It took forever getting back out, too. I also thought it was against health codes to take food back. Just an fyi you don’t know that I could be sick and now you’re taking food back? Weird. The young girl had a bit of an “can not” attitude and said she couldn’t refund me when I just wanted money back for the burger. She had to send someone else to give me my correct burger. Meh

Once again they don’t fail to disappoint! Wrong order brought to us. After returning someone else’s order we sat for 20 mins before we had to inquire if they forgot about us. The brought out half our order and it was cold. Complained about our missing food and then were told ” we don’t have it”. No off er to refund items or replace until asked. We were told they could replace 3 missing burgers with lesser priced ones..um no thank you. Asked for manager..waited 10 minutes to speak to one on phone. Was told they can’t process refunds at that location so we ended up with inferior orders and the rest of the order now freezing cold from waiting now 45 minutes. Decided to leave and only then did we realize that we didn’t have the correct drinks! Did not go back. This location has these problems every time we go. They’ve been given far to many chances to correct these issues. Taking my business elsewhere!
