Every time I order a mini cookie dough blast with extra cookie dough.. It never comes out correct I’ve asked for them to just put the extra cookie dough in a little cup and I’ll put it in my ice cream. They said they could not do that which doesn’t make sense because if I’m paying for extra cookie dough, I should be able to get extra cookie dough. The car hub was wonderful absolutely wonderful but it did take 35 minutes to get one shake and then it was incorrect and that happens on a regular basis half the buttons don’t work and half of the machine screens don’t work. personally worked at sonic for two years during high school, I know it doesn’t take 35 minutes to make a shake or a blast… but I’ve been keeping track and now I have had eight different ones all incorrect or just got vanilla ice cream in a little bit of cookie dough on top even though I ordered and paid for extra cookie dough…

The young lady that brought my food out was wonderful. She greeted with a smile and was so kind. The speed of service was pretty great too for how busy they were. It also seemed they were short staffed, but they didn’t let that interfere with the service at all.

Went to the Mt Vernon location on 06/04/2023 & ordered a hot fudge sundae using the sonic app around 9 pm. When I arrived the carhop, Cora, came out & informed me they are not serving ice cream right now. Odd when sonic is known for ice cream?? She asked if I’d like to get something in its place & I declined. I asked how I’d be reimbursed & she came back to tell me the manager said I would have to reach out to support through the app to take care of that & they could not help me. Requesting a refund through the app was not even an option, so I have to just wait for support to reach back out to “other” request submitted. I then continued to wait over 20 minutes for the rest of my order which only consisted of 2 waters & a small fry before buzzing back in & was asked to repeat our order. I can only assume was forgotten about after declining the substitute for ice cream. Absolutely ridiculous.

Food usually takes 15 minutes to come out, so be prepared to sit for a while. They seem to never do enough flavorings in slushes, and the sauced nuggets come out only partially covered. Like not even half. I typically choose other restaurants unless I need a change up.

Was a bit disappointed. Been to Sonic in numerous states and the quality has generally been very good. I realize it was afternoon and I ordered breakfast burritos, which I have done elsewhere, and been pleased, however these were practically bare. Maybe Sonic has changed its standards and this is my first experience under the new standards. If so, I won’t be frequenting Sonic for its breakfast burritos. We’ll have to wait and see.

It’s a sonic, not much more to say but yum. The waiter asked if we would like a prayer for safe travel as we had just recently hit a deer and it was much appreciated for her to take those few moments. We went right down the road to a park to really stretch our legs.
