Normally i wouldnt post a review like this but sonic doesnt have to sit here with a disappointed hungry pregnant woman. Went tonight with my pregnant, very hungry wife. We ordered a #7 #2 and #4. Our burgers were Luke warm and dry. No sauce. The coney was basically a hot dog in a soggy sloppy bun with a splash of chili in the middle. The fries were cold and rubbery. We asked for sauce for all the food we ate, the lady who I assume was the manager insisted she placed it all in the bag that was over stuffed, so we couldn’t check. There was a peppermint, nothing else. We didn’t even get straws. If I didn’t have to feed my pregnant wife I’d go demand my money back, or all my food to be re-made. Completely unfair for us to pay almost 40 dollars for what felt like day old food. I wrote this review while spending MORE money at wendys so my wife can hot at a minimum a hot meal.

Visit quite often on trips to Springfield. Service is always fast. Had a bad day, spilled my Route 44. The carhop seen what happened and went and got me a new one without me even asking. Brought it to me as I was cleaning out the truck and wished me a better day

When you spend $7.00 on an ice cream and they can’t even fill the cup up and then proceed to tell you that they are only allowed to fill to a line is absolutely ridiculous. And then to have the car hop girl get an attitude with the consumer just adds to it. Wish I could give you a 0 rating.

I ordered a chili cheese coney and got an all american dog. When she brought out the food originally she was very rude. Didn’t ask us if she needed anything or I would have told her I ordered a chili cheese and not the american. I pushed the button and told them what I ordered and 20 minutes went by and I still hadn’t got my food. I rang it again and they said they didn’t have it, but were able to bring a cold and soggy one out in about 10 seconds. This man threw my bag at me and it landed in water. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I always order online you get specials you get half price drinks all day if you order online. They don’t offer dining inside they have car hops who deliver your food to your car . If you don’t order online you order at the speaker menu from your car. They have all kids of drinks and add ins.

I was not pleased with our experience here tonight. It was busy but after pressing the button we waited for 15 mins while other vehicles (who arrived after us) got their order taken. Finally just placed my order through the app. But my route 44 drink was completely filled with ice. I got 4 drinks out of it before it was gone and the manager decided since I drank the little bit of actual tea I got. I couldn’t have a properly filled drink.

Let’s see food was ok wasn’t the right order . But nothing new . What’s bad is literally we never seen the recite so we could get the order made right. Well not sure how many of the restaurants are going to cope with the new restaurant down the road when it get up and going . The 24 hours is really going to put a damper on may restaurants. Good luck . So hope others can get there order right food is ok just seems like for some reason food hasn’t been right . Then again maybe have been the workers just not doing there jobs well . Again hope all others hasn’t have problems with they get there orders .
