Rachel was AMAZING!!!! I ordered my wife some breakfast because I had lost her debit card. I called the store and Rachel answered. She checked my wife in then took her her breakfast. My wife ordered a bag of ice and couldn’t figure out how to pay for it in the app. Rachel was sweet enough to place the ice in the car for my wife and covered the cost since my wife couldn’t figure out how to pay with the app.

Food was cold. Tried the new sandwich. Steak grilled cheese. Probably pretty good if at least warm. Tots were also cold and you guys have gotten way too expensive. Sandwich, tots and drink $13. I can go to Texas Roadhouse for that. Sorry you just aren’t that good.

I always gets tots with my order because every time I get French fries they are old and nasty so I asked for fresh fries with my order and was told they would make sure they where fresh. Unfortunately my whole order was nasty cold soggy fries so when we went back to get real fresh fries we were told to give back the nasty soggy fries and we did. The customer service was very poor.. I feel like they think they can get away with it being they are the only late night fast food in town but I will gladly order my family pizza next time!! Do better sonic..!!
