Sonic in Willow Springs, MO. I by far the worst Sonic that I have ever been to. I ordered a # 3 combo with onion rings. To start No onion rings and it took them 20 mins to get my food to me. I couldn’t eat my sandwich as you can see I don’t thing a dog would have touched it. The way it was put together it looked as though a 1st grader had done it. This just the normal. No excuse even if they were busy which they were not only two other cars. Why don’t people take pride in what they do?

Horrible. I know they say if u have so many problems why do u keep coming back. We’ll my answer is when the food is made correctly it’s a good place to eat. But not one but two nights in a row I got the food worng. This first night it was fine because the manager on duty did her job and made sure that it was corrected and in a very timely manner. But the second night I had to go back twice to get it corrected that means I was up there 3 times from our to second trip to third trip. Each time it was made wrong. I even said to to second manager that came out is ” you know what really sucks now all the other food I ordered is now sitting there cold I can’t even in joy that. ” He just said I know ma’am I am sorry. Didn’t try to replace it or even refund or anything. I am not expecting it but I am sure offering it wouldoesn’t help by making me feel as if u do care that I am having a really bad experience at your store. I even pointed out when I got my order the first time that my Dr pepper with cherry extra cherry had no really cherry in it. I know that this drink comes with one. As because that’s the only drink I ever get from here. The girl took it back inside then brought it right back out. I didn’t notice that till after I finally got my burger made right and walked back home that I took a drink and notice she didn’t put the cherry in the drink. At this point in time I have made the decision that my family will not be eating at sonic any more. I have told some of my friends what happened and they said for sure they won’t be going back. See the said thing is I used to be a Manger at several fast food changes I know what it takes to make a customer service. It’s more then just words it’s also action. They just have empty words. Didn’t not show any care that I have to come three different times for in correctly made food. I was hoping with this new team they have there it would all have changed but I guess not. I wish it had a button to choose not to give a star.

About 10 minutes from order time to receiving my food. 2 kids meals and a blast. Kids food was far from good. Burger was somewhat warm tator tots were cold. Chicken strips were hot but the fries were cold and looked like they had sat there for sometime. The blast that was ordered, ordered it with extra reese’s and hot fudge. Glad I ordered extra other wise it would not of had any in it. Disappointed as usual with Sonic in Willow!

Actually this was one of the best experiences I’ve had at this location. The quality of food + price that normally irks me about this location. BUT, I had the new 2.99 dble stack quarter pound with cheese on a kind of chibotta bun and med fry. All food was hot and on point for flavor but the burger was a mess.. I understand that food times mean a lot but atleast have pride that you can put out quality food and quality experience. Thanks for this time!!

The toaster was not toasted, it was just bread, the onion rings were hollow and overcooked, the chicken sandwich was the worst I’ve ever had. The server was friendly and the soda was cold. Thats all i can give this place. I will not return

The guy taking order wasn’t very attentive. Hours on willow springs sonic page clearly says they don’t close until 11 and they shut lights off at 10 so I had to sit in the dark to wait in my food. I also overheard another customer complain about the lights and the safety of employees and customers due to lights being shut off. The employee said manager insisted the lights be shut off so they could close down. The employee states she didn’t feel comfortable delivering in the dark against managers request. Then managers stands playing on her cell phone while supposed to be shutting down.

If I could give this Sonic a zero other than a one star review I would. Twice now this Sonic has tried to pass a water with mango flavoring as a Green Sweet tea with mango. If they don’t forget your food/drink they will try to lie their way out of it. Here is the kicker, when they do get your order right its not cooked well and they skimp you on your meal. Save your money and just skip this crooked and lazy establishment.

Takes way tooo long for orders to get out to your car we ordered Rt 44 drinks and was only ones there after 20 mins just waiting on them we said f… it and left as soon as the dude seen us pulling out to the main st he come out with our drinks by then we was way to hot and thirsty to function and should not have to wait 20+ min for a damn drink
