We were just there on Thursday night, 7.06pm. On june1, 2023. On my birthday. Ordered 2 chocolate malts. How can chocolate malts be thick and warm??? It was weird and not good. We could not turn around because we were on our way home to another town. Neither one of us could drink it. Very weird is all we could say.

We moved to Baldwin 3 years ago and at first Baldwin City Sonic was great however here lately its gone down the toilet. You order bacon on cheeseburgers and dont get it then get accused of lying about bacon. They also put a nasty amount of onion on burgers that dont get ordered that way. That’s an added option we NEVER add yet some how there they are. A few days ago it took 45 minutes to get our food because they were severely understaffed. I dont know whats going on there but clearly upper managment needs to step in and fix stuff. Jayden and Hannah are wonderful and always helpful, definitely the best part of going there is them.

Ordered three drinks. One of them was a Route 44 with 7/8 of the cup filled with ice. All of the drinks had way too much ice. As someone with bad teeth who asked for light ice, not trying to get more beverage: trying to save my teeth from pain. No worries I’ll save you money, I just won’t come again.

Love the app. All day 1/2 price drinks. They still put way to much ice in the drinks. Happy I said extra easy ice. I wish when they put on the screen order is headed your way it was true. I think they are just making making themselves look better for getting orders out in a timely manner. If you order on the App at 0605, it’s a 18min wait after you arrive for a breakfast sandwich. I was notified order on the way….. no order….waited another 4 minutes and pushed the button. They did not come to work until 6. So it takes time to heat up the grill. Had I known they were late that made me late I never would have ordered.

I stopped at the drive through in Baldwin City. It was nearly 15 min before I had my meal delivered. I can be patient and I don’t mind waiting. However, I was very dissapointed as my corn dog was not hot and my chocolate shake was melting and getting warm.
