The shakes are good when they are good… Service is iffy late at night so go during the day. I am always on edge when I get a shake here. I have gotten shakes with weird gelatinous pellets in it and literally waited 30 minutes to even get any service when it was slow. The food is ok.

No order ahead service from the app at this location (no 1/2 price from the app). Location does not have a drive-through, only stalls. The last 3 times I have been, waits are around 20 minutes. On one occasion, the red button had been pressed so long with no one answering – they simply reset my waiting button with no communication. I wasn’t sitting for another 20 minutes while I had lost my queue with full stalls all around.

Last night we waited ten minutes after pushing the red button. On minute 11 we left without speaking to anyone. They were too busy thinking about closing at 10. They even saw us through the window. We tried to order at 9:15p, plenty of time before closing. Today, we wanted hotdogs so my wife went back to Sonic and she got 2 hotdogs and both were NOT AS ORDERED. The first dog was mustard and relish the second was mustard, ketchup, onion, and relish. We got 2 hotdogs WITHOUT relish at all and the mustard only, with relish had ketchup. I don’t know what’s going on with this store, Sonic on Blackbob in Olathe KS, but I definitely would not recommend it for anyone. Two tries 15 hrs apart and they both FAILED.

Received cold tater tots and a luke warm hamburger. The drive up order screen wasn’t operational at the stall I chose, so I couldn’t tell if my credit card payment worked. The server took my card in to run it and brought it out without a receipt. And there was trash in the stall next to mine. This was not my favorite experience at a Sonic.
