It’s hard to give an underwhelming review. Especially when it’s fast food. I mean, what do you expect, right? The crux of it was just how little a priority cleanliness was outside where your customer is. We had a group there and we sat outside. The tables were a bit grimey and the area wasn’t well kept. The surrounding area is nice, so there’s that, but maybe we just hit it at a bad time. Could be better tomorrow.

We went for breakfast after arguing with the automated system at Mc D’s across the street. The lady was very pleasant taking our order. We were very happy with the food and prices. We went back 2 more time in the following week and again the service was great. Have not been back to Mc D’s since. You all need to advertise your breakfast more. It is great. Keep up the good work.

We tried to order from a stall, but the call kept getting cleared with no answer. We then tried the drive thru next, no answer there after 5 minutes. We then went to the sitting area and ordered. The screen went from in the kitchen to on the way a few times, but we got our order after about 25 minutes. We just ordered two large drinks. The drinks were correct when we did receive them.

Went thru the drive thru. Be sure and count your change. I was shorted one dollar. The lady who waited on me at the window when I asked about my change being short said I approved giving her a dollar tip. No way did I say that. Had I not checked my change and asked I wonder how many times this happens through out the day. The hamburgers had a terrible funny taste, they didnt go to waste, we gave them to the birds. We go here very seldom and its going to be even more seldom if ever. Yikes.

If I could give it a zero, I would. We ordered thru the drive through. When we got to the window only one girl was there with our drinks ready. However, the drinks tasted like brown carbonation and after ten minutes of no one in sight, she shows up with our food. My husband’s hamburger was stone cold (the cheese wasn’t even melted) along with our fries. The fries looked like what they had dug out of the garbage. My chicken sandwich was hot. And please don’t respond to this review by saying you’re so sorry for our experience. Do something about it. We had been at a softball game and this Sonic was close to the ball field, so we stopped. Worst mistake ever. Should have gone across the street to McDonalds. The drive thru window was filthy which was unappetizing. Hope we don’t get food poisoning.

Arrived around 430, placed an order for two drinks (with a human). There was no one else in any stalls. The order never appeared on the screen but assumed it was a glitch and I would pay when it comes out. After 10 min I pressed the button again. No answer, trying every few minutes. Tried to flag down older gentleman working who was smoking outside. Felt ignored, maybe didn’t hear me.

TaderTots were hard as a rock. Must have been out of mustard and mayo because there was only a small pea drop on the burger. Frys where definitely sitting around less than the tots, but still only room temperature. Next time I think about eating here I’ll check the garage dumpster first it’s got to be better than what was served

Just waited 35 minutes for ONE drink I ordered on the mobile app prior to arriving. They routinely block off all the stalls and you can only use the drive though… if you are lucky.
