I stopped in here for a quick bite with the kiddos , wait times were a bit longer than expected but there was also only one person working and he did a wonderful job trying to keep up with everything. Our food was delicious and he was very friendly and apologetic. The poor kid was running around like crazy. They definitely have a staffing issue but I was satisfied with my visit.

Went to get dinner tonight after having a long day. My chicken slinger was burnt. My onion rings were also burnt. If you see the quality of the food and wouldn’t eat it yourself why send it out to paying customers? On top the wait time is absolutely ridiculous and half the screens don’t work.

My friend and I waited in the drive-thru line for over 10 minutes and had to get the attention of a carhop to take our order because there was only one person on the headset who was not even taking the drive thru/stall orders.

My friend grabbed us dinner from here tonight and now she and I are unable to stop vomiting. I’m not sure what caused it because everything tasted completely fine. We know it had to be the food because we haven’t seen each other for a week and we didn’t eat anything else tonight. I usually don’t have a problem here and since the order was right I’m giving 2 stars but something was definitely wrong with our food tonight.

Oh Sonic of my childhood where have you gone? When I was a kid car hops wore roller skates and delivered on a tray with a smile. Gotta say this place sucks! Tator tots that are falling apart. Greasy disgusting cheeseburger. You used to get mints. Man this place is barely holding on. Surprised that the whole sonic corporation doesn’t notice. Maybe they are too busy counting their predecessors money? I forsee this company going out of business soon

I do not give bad reviews. The time has come for this one. I was just there at 4p, Sunday July 9 2023, at the drive through. Sat there for 15 minutes. “Hello” several times. No response. Drive to the Carhop Crossing and waited another 5 minutes until a Carhop appeared. Asked the first lady I saw “May I place an order?” Her response- “Can you pull into a stall?” Me- “I was at the drive through for 15 minutes…” Her response- “We only have a few working headsets.” And then she walked off. That was the end.

I preface this by saying I have been to this location several times, but normally don’t complain. I am just tired of it being inconsistently gross. Since this Sonic is near my house and I work from home, I picked up my food today and went home before investigating. The chicken strip basket was incomplete. I didn’t receive an onion ring and the toast was old. The chicken was really tough, almost rubbery. I couldn’t finish eating it as the texture turned my stomach. The store also neglected to provide any of the sauces I had requested. Just a terrible experience all around and a loss of $11.00.

I absolutely don’t understand. EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to this location the order is NEVER correct. Something is always missing from the order or I get blue colored water when I ask for a ocean water. But tonight was the most simple of orders. A strawberry shake and a vanilla shake with carmel but instead got 2 strawberry shakes with carmel on one. Im so tired of paying for the wrong items! My wife has already complained multiple times to corporate and all we have gotten is a few tiny discounts which expired quick and when we used one we didn’t even receive the item…I will no longer continue to waste my money here! Ridiculous!
