Absolutely ridiculous, so while ordering on line I made a mistake with ordering a large instead of a route 44…. So I asked the car hop to please make it a route 44 an I would pay the difference but no the boss Mallory told the lady she can’t do anything with the ticket….. this was a simple fix an I would have paid the difference heck she could have told me it was 2.00 more an id have paid her. However since we are that stupid an can’t worry about customer service then I guess I can stop coming…. Absolutely ridiculous. Oh then I find out I’m band from Sonic….lmao… thank you now I can save my money! Didn’t hurt me one bit! Thank you!!

It took 15 minutes in the drive thru for just a slush there was only 1 car in front of me while people are waiting for food have them pull forward so people only getting slushes on their 30 min lunch break don’t have to spend 15 minutes waiting in line

Have been here a few times and every time our order is either messed up or the food is horrible. Calling corporate doesn’t matter either. They took 2 weeks to even get back to me then another week before the manager even called me. He didn’t seem to really care, like it was a common practice at his restaurant. Save your money and eat at some of the other places Osage City has to offer.
