Ordered online, got here the server was polite but we have been here waiting for about 20 minutes because they forgot our ranch, yes it was on the order. We have pressed the button 5 time even people who came after have gotten their food and left. Yet they have even answered our button yet. By the the time it gets out here my side dish will be cold. I was about to give a great review till this. Every time we come here either the food is wrong. They forget stuff or take too long. Last time it looked like there was bite taken from my fiances burger. No wonder this place has so many bad reviews. Hire more workers or those that actually care to get stuff right. Like I said the girl that brought the food was nice. But they just can’t get full orders correct. So thanks again sonic for ruining a perfectly good day. Oh also incase some of you say “maybe they were busy” they weren’t there was maybe 3 cars and then someone pulled over at sonic.

I just LOVE Sonic. Custom crazy drinks. Half price drinks if you order in the app. I don’t understand how I have never once heard of a car hop getting hit by a car but the only downside to Sonic as far as I can tell is trying not to drive over a car hop.

First we could hear the manager yelling at employees through the speaker system. Someone had to come to our car to take our order. Our food came quickly, but with attitude from the car hop. Napkins are a must when eating in the car. Don’t make people ask for them. Food was OK, just ok. Onion rings were very thickly breaded and very sweet with a strong taste of vanilla. Hmmm.

Hands down the worst run Sonic in the country. Slow and zero people skills. If you are understaffed it goes a long way to simply let customers know rather than refuse to answer the call buttons for 30 minutes.
