I was very disappointed I used the app to order ahead to give them time to make it fresh. When I arrived they were nice and walked me through the process of changing in. Then stated it will be out as soon as it is ready. My YES it’s going to be hot and fresh. NO I got home and took a bite. Cold cheese not melted greasy burger didn’t even cover the bun. Made my stomach upset from one bite. I wish our Sonic could get it together. This is what I ended up with .

Horrible service. Only customers they had and we were missing part of our meal. They informed us we didn’t pay for the meals when they were clearly repeated back to us when ordering. Still not exactly sure what we paid for but our total didn’t match what was in our bag. Whoever the supervisor was on 11/4 at around 6:15 pm clearly does not know what customer service is! I would have happily paid the additional cost for the tots and drinks if I knew what I had paid for to begin with!

I ordered online with a set time to pick it up and I still had to wait 10 once I checked in. Then my order was wrong. I live 28 miles away. I was in a rush and didn’t check before I left the parking lot. I was 15 miles out before I found it my order was NOT what I ordered. $10 wasted! This sonic is always BAD. Not the first bad experience I’ve had here. The food sucks and the orders are usually wrong. Service isn’t do great either. I shan’t eat there again.

This is meant to be constructive feedback in an attempt to help the customer experience for the next out of towner or really just any customer looking for a good, quick, warm meal. We ordered 3 hamburgers and 3 tots….no drinks. Not one of the hamburgers had the correct condiments as requested, even after confirming a second time with order taker. We ordered just one cheese tot and 2 plain and received 2 cheese and 1 plain. The gal was happy to take back the incorrect tots, but took another 7-10 minutes to bring out the correct item (plain tots)! With ALL this being said, it’s doubtful my brother-in -law will ever come thru again! I, however, would be happy to give it another try to see if online reviews and feedback really make an impact on Customer Service! I believe in second chances and I’m hopeful this review will help out down the road!

I’m a local, Council Grove has limited options so I eat here occasionally even though the experience is ALWAYS dismal. You can order ahead on the app by an hour or more, it will always take 10-15 minutes to get your food anyway. You can remove items on the app due to food allergies and it will never be omitted, even when they see to add extras you specified. The staff is routinely less than friendly, especially when you check in with the app and several minutes later it shows “on its way” and clears your check in with no food delivered. If you don’t watch the screen like a hawk and push the button to call attention to this fact, you’ll never get your food. And if you wait thinking they are just busy it will arrive cold. Over probably 15 orders in the last month or so, I have been disappointed every time. I guess they just feel like minimal local options mean they don’t have to try. What a terrible place to eat, just avoid it.

This place puts customer service last. We ordered our food and waited for an extremely long time when it didn’t show up I rang the red button and asked if we was going to get our food. She answers “I don’t know what did you order?” I gave her the order again and she asked did you have the order of mozzarella sticks?. We never got our food
